I put my iPod on and turned it up - sorry ladies but it was a desperate situation...Nixterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00383702655219298395noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7111763072286562558.post-20085254980982843652007-12-11T20:44:00.000+11:002007-12-11T20:44:00.000+11:00Public transport is full of opportunities to offen...Public transport is full of opportunities to offend - if I ever see you on a train Soph, I promise I will move my bag! I agree that people who hog seats when it's crowded are not being very polite. And I know what you mean about the ipods up too loud, it's like water torture being stuck next to someone blasting it out.Alisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05308587797899833400noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7111763072286562558.post-52039724181332273942007-12-11T20:08:00.000+11:002007-12-11T20:08:00.000+11:00how funny, alison as I was reading the post I was ...how funny, alison as I was reading the post I was thinking my pet hate is people leaving bags on the seat of trains! but I hate that when the train is crowded and they deprive people of seats - I don't think that's you:)

I dislike bad manners on the train, which include:
*guys who make beeline for spare seat without offering it to pregnant, elderly ladies (or any lady, but maybe that's asking too much)
*people with their ipods turned up so loud everyone can hear the "doof doof" techno beat
*people who insist on sitting on the end seat closest to the aisle, then make you climb over them to get into a seat rather than just shuffling down??
*people who stand in the doorway at cnetral station when the train comes, not letting people get off the train past...

I could go on!onlinesophhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05234060373938319970noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7111763072286562558.post-51050210502001321572007-12-11T17:34:00.000+11:002007-12-11T17:34:00.000+11:00I hear you, I know I totally over react to the cus...I hear you, I know I totally over react to the customer service thing. Of course I know the other people need to sit down as well and I wouldn't leave them standing in the aisles, but sometimes there are other seats available and I wish they would pick them instead. Man, do I sound like a grumpy commuter or what?;)Alisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05308587797899833400noreply@blogger.com
