What the?? I don't even know what this is suppose to be - any ideas? To be fair I haven't really looked up what it is but it's pretty ugly. I've seen better.Thoughts?

Is that supposed to be the logo for the olympics coming up? Very strange. i suppose someone somewhere has some explanation...

Yeah there has been a lot of controversy about the logo. Not just the cost 400,000, but also when people have been checking it out on the internet it has caused some people to have epiletic seizures. I didn't recognise that it was the year at first. There's a petition calling for it to be scrapped which 48,000 have signed onto. Some people have posted their own attempts on the internet, check them out on the BBC website, some of them are quite good. Don't personally like it but I think they will be keeping it.
I agree with your previous post that the UK has talent. But the design of the London Games logo is a 'blindspot' in the talent pool.
Some likened the logo to the Nazi swastika, which is a far fetch. I didn't see swastikas in the logo, but a lack of intelligence :)
LOL - I agree Haydn this is where Britains' Got talent seems to come off the rails a little bit OR maybe a lot.. Personally I would send them back to the drawing board - but I guess it's too later for that!
when I first saw it, I was reminded of tangram puzzles...
but overall, it didn't impress me much!
